Payment terms: Net 30 days

LEDCO reserves the right to add monthly late fees without exceeding the legal rate allowed by law if the buyer is late in paying these invoices. LEDCO reserves the right to reimbursement for all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) which will be incurred in connection with the recovery of monies for goods sold in the event that payment is late. Therefore, payments should be made on time.

Shipping conditions

Minimum orders of $1500 (Canadian). This condition applies to stocking distributors only. Conditions of carriage are not applicable to tenders or special projects. For orders of authorized merchandise, LEDCO will determine the carrier and use a forwarding service. Note that oversized items may be subject to additional costs due to weight and density. Service charges by carriers are not included in transportation. These costs will be invoiced according to the costs of the carrier.

Claims

All merchandise is carefully packed and inspected before delivery to carriers. Our liability ceases upon receipt of the goods by the carrier. In case damage or loss of merchandise, all claims must be filed with the authorized carrier.

Return of goods

No merchandise can be returned without an RMA request. This request must be made with one of our LEDCO advisors. Written authorization will be issued at the discretion of LEDCO. This request must be made by the distributor within 30 days of the initial shipment. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in new condition.

If upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise claimed to be defective a consultant sees the merchandise modified or previously used, LEDCO will contact the distributor and advise them of the options available. LEDCO will decide whether or not to authorize an exchange or cancellation and/or refund of the merchandise. If within 48 hours, no response has been received from the distributor by one of our advisors, LEDCO will destroy the goods and notify the distributor by email to report the actions taken. The credit will therefore no longer be available.

All returns will be subject to a warehouse handling and inspection fee. This condition excludes products deemed by the manufacturer to be defective in workmanship and/or materials. All goods returned to our warehouse in sealed cartons are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing and authorized by our customer service department of LEDCO

Price

Prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise will be shipped at the amount in effect at the time of purchase.

Back-order

At the time your order is placed, LEDCO will make every effort to ship your entire order. However, if we are temporarily out of stock for one or more products ordered, LEDCO will notify you as soon as possible. Unless there is a cancellation written by you, LEDCO will place the back order for the missing products with the supplier. You will then receive the delivery time for the missing products.

Assembly and Cut

LEDCO does not make any exchange or refund on an order of LED tape or any other merchandise that requires cutting or any other modification of the original product and this from the receipt of the order form which will confirm your order.

Technical changes

We reserve the right to make technical changes to our merchandise without notice.

Guarantee

At the time of delivery, LEDCO guarantees the products for 1 year against all manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated on your purchase order or invoice. This warranty applies when a product is correctly installed by a duly qualified person and used under normal conditions of use. No labor costs will be covered by LEDCO.

LEDCO reserves the right to examine the defective product to determine the cause of the defect. If during its examination, LEDCO finds that the merchandise has not been damaged by shipping or misuse, LEDCO will replace or repair the defective product free of charge. Any malfunction that has been caused by shipping damage or improper installation will be repaired at the customer's expense and at the hourly rates in effect at the time of repair. Claims for shipping damage must be filed by the customer with the carrier. Defective merchandise must be returned freight prepaid to LEDCO's warehouse, LEDCO will pay ground freight charges to return the repaired or replacement merchandise to you at the installation site. All returns must be authorized and must have an authorization number.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accident, improper wiring, improper installation and connection, customer modifications, lack of proper maintenance, failure to observe operating conditions and failure to - compliance with the installation instructions. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by repairs or alterations made by unauthorized LEDCO personnel.
