💡 What is a ZONE?
A zone = everything that turns on and off AT THE SAME TIME.
Several fixtures that turn on and off together? Put each length in the SAME zone with the + button (e.g. 4 kitchen counter sections = 1 zone).
Create a 2nd zone only if sections must turn on SEPARATELY (e.g. the kitchen AND the bedroom).

Frequently asked questions — Custom LED Builder

Which profile should I choose? +

The #85 surface-mount is the most popular (counters, shelves, closets). The #86 recesses into drywall or millwork for an invisible finish. The #49 hangs from the ceiling. When in doubt, our team validates your choice before production.

Which color temperature (Kelvin) should I pick? +

2700K = warm ambiance (living room, bedroom). 3000K = versatile best-seller (kitchen). 4000K and up = neutral to cool light (office, workshop). A visual guide appears at the temperature step.

What is a "zone"? +

Everything that turns on and off at the same time. Several sections lighting up together = 1 zone (add each length with the + button). Create a 2nd zone only for independent sections.

Is the transformer included? +

Check "Do you want a transformer?" in your zone — the right model is calculated automatically from your lengths. You only choose dimmable or non-dimmable.

Screwed brackets or 3M tape? +

One or the other: screwed mounting brackets, or industrial 3M double-sided tape with no drilling. The recessed #86 needs neither.

What happens after my request? +

You receive 2 emails: your summary with spec sheets (within minutes), then your official quote with prices, prepared by a specialist (within 1 business day).

Are custom products refundable? +

No — every fixture is built to your dimensions. Double-check your measurements before ordering; our team revalidates every quote before production.
