Summer Holiday Hours — Quebec Construction Holiday Please note that during Quebec's annual Construction Holiday (a province-wide summer shutdown when most of the construction and industrial sector closes), our schedule will be as follows: July 20–23: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon), with reduced staff. Response times may be slower than usual. July 24–31: Closed. Monday, August 3: Back to regular business hours.
