General questions
What are the delivery times?
Most products are in stock at our Saint-Hubert warehouse and ship quickly. Made-to-order products — LED mirrors, custom strips from the Builder — typically need 3 to 7 business days before shipping. Exact transit time and cost show up in the cart based on your address, and you can also pick up your order at the showroom.
Do you do the installation?
No — by design: every trade to its craft. LEDCO is an LED lighting SUPPLIER. In Quebec (RBQ) and across Canada, the electrical code requires installation work to be performed by a licensed master electrician — which we are not. On the other hand, most of our customers are precisely electricians, contractors, cabinetmakers and kitchen designers across Canada: your installer buys from us — or buy directly from us with the help of our LED specialists. Are you a pro? Ask about our professional advantages account.
Are you open to the public?
Yes! Our showroom at 5479 Ramsay Street in Saint-Hubert is open to the public, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 4:30. You will see the products lit side by side — color temperatures included. Small or big project, everyone is welcome: homeowners and professionals alike.
Can I order online?
Yes — the entire catalog can be ordered online. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at the end, in the cart, based on your address. Need advice before ordering? Our lighting specialists are here: write to info@ledco.ca, call (450) 444-4007 or use the chat — a human replies.
Do you make custom LED strips? What is the lead time?
Yes — it is our specialty. With the Custom LED Builder you pick the strip model, the length to the inch, the connectors and end caps: everything is automatic and the quote is instant. Same thing for an under-cabinet kitchen fixture or a shower niche — use the Builder. Fabrication happens in-house in Saint-Hubert: allow typically 3 to 7 business days before shipping.
What are your shipping methods?
We ship with FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, Midland and other carriers depending on your region — 24-hour delivery across Canada. Custom-assembled fixtures and made-to-measure LED strips require a short fabrication time, but our 5 m and 30 m rolls are ready to ship immediately.
What is the lead time for an LED mirror?
Our LED mirrors are in stock, but every mirror is assembled and checked at our Saint-Hubert workshop before shipping: allow about 3 to 7 business days before it ships.
Can I buy the aluminum profiles and do the assembly myself?
Yes and no. You can absolutely order the material and do your own assembly. However, under the RBQ and the electrical code, any fixture must be UL, ETL or CSA approved — and it's our assembly line that is ETL approved. A fixture you assemble yourself won't carry that certification: check first with your electrician (will they agree to install it?) and with your insurer.

Do you have a showroom in my city?
Our showroom is in Saint-Hubert, on Montreal's South Shore — 2 minutes from Quartier DIX30 and 5 minutes from the Champlain Bridge (5479 Ramsay Street). Small or large project, you're welcome. And if you're further away: we deliver everywhere in Canada, fast. ;)
CCT Simulator — Color Temperatures
Which color temperature should I choose for a kitchen?
A 3000 K is the most versatile choice: warm without yellowing the countertops. For a heavily used work surface, 3500 K or 4000 K gives a crisper light. Compare both in the simulator — that is exactly what it is for.
What is the difference between 2700 K and 3000 K?
Both are warm whites. 2700 K leans toward the amber of incandescent bulbs — perfect for cozy bedrooms and living rooms; 3000 K is a cleaner warm, the best-selling residential standard at LEDCO.
Which temperature is best for makeup in the bathroom?
Around 4000 K: it is the most color-accurate light. The ideal setup is a well-lit LED mirror for precision, plus a warmer ambient source for the rest of the room.
Can I mix several temperatures in the same room?
Our recommendation: no. Keep ONE consistent temperature per room — mixed whites quickly look like a Christmas tree. It is easiest to get right at the START of a project: pick your temperature early and apply it everywhere.
Are the simulator photos real?
They are AI-generated images, then calibrated temperature by temperature. The rendering is indicative: faithful to the overall effect, but every real room reacts according to its own colors and finishes.
How can I be sure of my choice before buying?
Note the temperature (it is part of the product name), and if in doubt write to us or visit our Saint-Hubert showroom — we will show you the temperatures side by side on real products.
