The LEDCO FLEX NEON FOR CABINETS 8W/M – 10X10MM is an ultra-compact LED lighting solution specially designed for integration into cabinets, display cases, shelves and custom furniture. Its discreet format of only 10 mm x 10 mm allows a clean, elegant installation, even in tight spaces.

Its flexible silicone design with side flanges hides small installation imperfections while creating a continuous, uniform line of light. With a density of 130 LEDs per meter, it provides even lighting particularly suited to kitchen cabinets and architectural furniture.

Running on 24V DC and drawing only 8W/m, this flex neon produces up to 420 lumens per meter. Its 3000K color temperature provides warm, comfortable and elegant white light.

Performance and Installation             

Its 10 mm x 10 mm format makes it easy to integrate into furniture and spaces where a conventional fixture would be too bulky. The side flanges of the flex neon also give a cleaner finish by hiding small irregularities in the cut or the installation. Its lifespan can reach 50,000 hours, making it a durable and reliable lighting solution.

Power Supply Calculation                

Multiply the total length by 2.44, then add a 20% margin to select the appropriate wattage.

Use a 24V power supply matched to the total calculated wattage.

Example:

20 ft × 2.44 W = 48.8 W
48.8 W + 20% = 58.6 W

You will therefore need to select a 24V power supply rated above 58.6 W.



Dimming and Control                                                 

There are two ways to control the intensity of your flex neon.

The first and simplest is to use a 120V LED wall dimmer — it installs directly in place of your existing switch, between 120V and a dimmable power supply.

• W21 – Wireless wall controller (AAA batteries), range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• R21 – Radio-frequency remote control, range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• Universal 4-zone 12A receiver – Installed between the power supply and the flex neon (1 per independent zone).
