The 120-150-200W explosion-proof LED UFO light is the high-output explosion-proof high bay in our range: up to 26,000 lumens to light large, high-ceiling industrial halls. Its IP66 sealed aluminum housing, IK10 impact rated and closed by a glass lens, stands up to the harshest conditions.

Its wattage (120, 150 or 200W) and color temperature (4000K, 5000K or 6000K) are selectable on site, on a universal 100-347V driver. An explosion-proof light built for refineries, chemical plants and oil and gas facilities.

Built for hazardous environments

An explosion-proof light is built for locations where flammable gases, vapors or liquids, as well as combustible dust or fibers, may be present. Its rugged housing and sealed cable entries reduce the risks associated with these high-risk environments.

This fixture is designed for Class I, Division 1 (Groups B, C, D) and Division 2 (Groups A, B, C, D), Class II, Division 1 (Groups E, F, G) and Division 2 (Groups F, G), and Class III locations.

Wattage and color selectable on site

Instead of stocking several models, you select on site the wattage (120/150/200W) and the color temperature that suit the area:

• 4000K (natural white) – crisp light for workshops and production areas.
• 5000K (daylight) – the usual industrial choice, for good detail recognition.
• 6000K (cool white) – very bright light for inspection and maintenance areas.

With an efficacy of 130 lumens per watt, the 200W model delivers 26,000 lumens: enough to replace the most powerful HID fixtures, for a fraction of the energy.

Rugged, sealed and built to last

The powder-coated aluminum housing dissipates LED heat and resists corrosion, while the glass lens protects the light source. IP66 rated, the fixture withstands dust and powerful water jets; its IK10 impact rating protects it from mechanical shocks. It is also suited to wet environments, such as industrial and marine installations, and to applications with heavy vibration, such as heavy or moving equipment.

It operates from -40°C to 50°C and offers a 50,000-hour (L70) lifespan, limiting maintenance in controlled areas.

Installation and wiring

M20 cable-gland entries and two 3/4-in NPT conduit entries ensure compatibility with metric wiring systems and common North American conduit. The universal 100-347V driver covers commercial and industrial networks, including 347V.
