The standard solution for LED wardrobe lighting is a 4000K LED strip in a frosted diffuser aluminum profile, mounted under the top shelf — directly above the clothing rod. Light falls vertically onto hanging garments, eliminates shadows in the space between the rod and the floor and lets you accurately distinguish clothing colors and textures. The 4000K color temperature (neutral white) is recommended for wardrobes — warm enough to be pleasant, neutral enough to faithfully reproduce clothing colors. Through our custom manufacturing tool, the profile and strip are cut to the exact length of your shelf — no on-site cutting required.
Motion Sensor — Automatic Wardrobe Lighting
The LED wardrobe with a motion sensor is the most practical configuration — the light activates automatically when the door opens or you enter the walk-in closet and switches off after 30 seconds to a few minutes of inactivity, depending on the sensitivity setting. No switch to find in the dark, no light accidentally left on. PIR (passive infrared) motion sensors compatible with 12V and 24V LED systems integrate discreetly into the profile or door frame. Ideal for walk-in closets, closed wardrobes and dressing rooms without a dedicated wall switch.

For a walk-in closet or dressing room with multiple sections — shelves, hanging areas, drawers — a multi-zone LED lighting plan is recommended.
