The #84 LED aluminum profile is one of the slimmest in our lineup: 19.4 mm wide by 6.9 mm high, lens included (0.767 × 0.272 in). Surface mounted, it fits where a standard profile won't and turns a simple LED strip into a clean, protected, professional-looking line of light.

Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum, the profile acts as a heat sink: the strip runs cooler, its LEDs age more slowly and your lighting keeps its brightness longer. The snap-in lens shields the strip from dust and impacts while softening the light. The #84 is cETLus certified and can be painted to match your décor.

The #84 channel is 16.5 mm wide inside. It takes these 24V LED strips:

Lenses and Finishes

• Opaque lens – diffuses and softens the light; available with all three finishes. Also sold separately in 8 ft.
• Coffee black lens – for a black profile in a single tone. Also sold separately in 8 ft.
• Frosted lens – sold separately in 8 ft; lets up to 85% of the light through.
• Finishes – natural aluminum, black or white; the profile can also be painted.

Accessories

• #84 mounting clips – small metal clips sold individually: screw them to the surface and snap the profile in.

Indoors or outdoors: the profile is aluminum, the strip is what makes the difference. For outdoor or damp locations, pick the waterproof version of your strip from our IP66 outdoor LED strips.
