The 24V 19.2W/m indoor LED strip (IP22) is a high-intensity linear lighting solution designed for residential and commercial projects demanding strong light output with perfect uniformity. At 19.2 watts and 2,304 to 2,688 lumens per meter, it stands as one of the most powerful white strips in the LEDCO indoor lineup, ideal for spaces requiring high-level functional and architectural lighting.

Operating at a constant 24V DC (also available in 12V in 3000K), this LED strip ensures stable and safe power delivery. Its 224 LEDs per meter (SMD 2835 chips), mounted on a 10 mm, 3 oz copper PCB, promote excellent heat dissipation and a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. cULus certified, it meets electrical standards in effect in both Canada and the United States.

Color Temperatures

This LED strip is available in five white color temperatures to suit any lighting need:

• 2700K (Soft White) – Creates a warm, relaxing ambiance, ideal for living rooms and bedrooms.
• 3000K (Warm White) – Offers a slightly more neutral warm tone, perfect for living spaces.
• 3500K (Natural White) – Balances warmth and clarity, suited for versatile environments.
• 4000K (Natural White) – Promotes a dynamic light, ideal for offices and commercial spaces.
• 5000K (Daylight) – Provides intense, stimulating brightness, recommended for workshops and spaces requiring maximum visibility.

Performance and Installation

With a 120° beam angle, this LED strip delivers even, shadow-free light distribution, ideal for cove lighting, niches, and architectural contours. Its IP22 rating makes it perfectly suited for all standard dry indoor environments — living rooms, bedrooms, corridors, and commercial spaces. For maximum lifespan and a premium finish, installation inside an aluminum profile is strongly recommended. The profile improves heat dissipation, reduces LED degradation, and delivers a clean architectural finish thanks to its integrated diffuser.

The strip can be cut every 35.7 mm (1 13/32 in), i.e. every 8 LEDs, to match dimensions precisely. The maximum length per power feed is 10 m: beyond that, power each section separately, in parallel, from the power supply.

Power Supply Calculator

This LED strip consumes approximately 6 watts per foot (5.85 W/ft, i.e. 19.2 W per meter). Simply multiply the total installed length by 6 to determine the required wattage.

Then load the power supply to 80% of its rating at most to ensure system stability and longevity.

• 1 reel (5 m / ~16 ft) = 96W → minimum 150W power supply recommended
• 2 reels (10 m / ~32 ft) = 192W → minimum 250W power supply recommended
• 3 reels (15 m / ~49 ft) = 288W → minimum 384W power supply recommended

Use a 24V power supply matched to the total calculated wattage.

Dimming and Control

There are two ways to control the brightness of your LED strip.

The first and simplest option is a 120V LED wall dimmer — it installs directly in place of your existing switch, between the 120V line and a dimmable power supply, and lets you adjust brightness from the wall with no additional equipment required.

The second option: a wireless controller system made up of a receiver paired with a remote or wireless wall controller.

A zone is any section of lighting you want to control independently. For example, if you want a ceiling to turn on separately from a niche, or one section to have a different brightness level than another, that represents two distinct zones.

If you want all lighting to always operate together (same brightness and simultaneous on/off), a single receiver is sufficient for the entire installation. However, if the total power of your project exceeds 225W on that zone (about 11 m of this strip), a 20A LED amplifier must be added to ensure stable, uniform, and lasting power delivery.

• 120V LED Wall Dimmer (150W) – Installs in place of your existing switch. Controls brightness from the wall, compatible with a dimmable power supply. 
   
• W21 – Wireless wall controller (AAA batteries), range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• R21 – RF remote control, range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• 4-Zone Universal Receiver 12A – Installed between the power supply and the LED strip to receive the signal (1 per independent zone).
• 20A LED Amplifier (480W at 24V) – Recommended for installations exceeding 225W per receiver/zone.
• WiFi Controller – Full control via Apple or Android mobile app.
