The #85 LED aluminum profile is our standard surface-mount profile: 19.4 mm wide by 13.2 mm high (0.767 × 0.519 in). Deep enough to keep the strip away from the lens, it delivers an even line of light and turns a simple LED strip into finished, professional lighting for homes and businesses alike.
Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum, it acts as a heat sink: the strip runs cooler, its LEDs age more slowly and your lighting keeps its brightness longer. It can be screwed, suspended or glued, and painted to match your décor. 3-year warranty.

The #85 channel is 16.4 mm wide inside. It takes these 24V LED strips:

- Frosted lens – sold separately in 8 ft; lets up to 85% of the light through.
- Finishes – natural aluminum, black or white; the profile can also be painted.

- Standard mounting clip – sold individually: screw it down and snap the profile in.
