The RGBW 23W/m LED strip (IP22) is the most powerful RGBW strip in the LEDCO lineup, designed for residential and commercial projects demanding both high light output and a full color palette. Compatible with 24V DC, it combines high-intensity multicolor ambient lighting and functional white light from a single strip.

Featuring RGBW SMD 5050 diodes per meter, each diode integrates four independent channels — red, green, blue, and white — enabling millions of color combinations as well as pure white light with no color cast. cULus certified, it meets electrical standards in effect in both Canada and the United States, with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

Color Temperatures                      

The white channel of this RGBW strip is available in three color temperatures to match the ambiance of your space:

• 2700K (Warm White) – Creates a cozy and relaxing ambiance, ideal for living rooms and bedrooms.
• 3000K (Warm White) – Offers a slightly more neutral tone, perfect for living spaces.
• 4000K (Natural White) – Promotes a dynamic light, ideal for offices and commercial spaces.

Power Supply Calculator                      

This LED strip consumes approximately 7 watts per foot. Simply multiply the total installed length by 7 to determine the required wattage.

Always add a 20% safety margin to ensure system stability and longevity.

• 1 reel (5 m / ~16 ft) = 115W → 150W power supply recommended
• 2 reels (~32 ft) = 230W → 240W or 300W power supply recommended
• 3 reels (~48 ft) = 345W → 400W power supply recommended

Use a 24V power supply matched to the total calculated wattage. For existing 12V systems, a 12V power supply of equivalent wattage can be used.

Color Control and Dimming                      

The RGBW LED strip is controlled via a wireless controller system made up of a receiver paired with a remote or wireless wall controller. This system lets you adjust brightness, choose from millions of colors, and switch to pure white light — all from a single interface.

A zone is any section of lighting you want to control independently. For example, if you want a ceiling to turn on separately from a niche, or one section to display a different color than another, that represents two distinct zones.

If you want all lighting to always operate together (same color and simultaneous on/off), a single receiver is sufficient for the entire installation. However, if the total power of your project exceeds 225W on that zone, a 20A RGBW LED amplifier must be added to ensure stable, uniform, and lasting power delivery. With this 23W/m strip, that threshold is reached at approximately 2 reels.

• W24 – Wireless RGBW wall controller (AAA batteries), range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• R24 – RGBW radio-frequency remote, range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• Universal 4-Zone 12A Receiver – Installed between the power supply and the LED strip to receive the signal (1 per independent zone).
• RGBW LED Amplifier 20A (480W at 24V) – Recommended for installations exceeding 225W per zone.
• RGBW WiFi Controller – Color and intensity control via Apple or Android mobile app.
