The #440 LED aluminum profile is one of the smallest on the market: 12.2 mm wide by 12.2 mm high (0.480 × 0.480 in), under half an inch. Reduced to a minimum, it stays discreet and turns a simple LED strip into a clean line of light.

Extruded from ALCOA 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, it acts as a heat sink and extends the life of the strip. Designed to North American woodworking standards, it conforms to UL 2108 for closet use. The opaque lens, sold separately in 8 ft or 16 ft, protects the strip and diffuses the light. 3-year warranty.

The #440 takes our 24V LED strips up to 8 mm wide:

• 4.8 W/m LED strip
• 9.6 W/m LED strip
• 11 W/m COB LED strip

Lenses and Finishes

• 8 ft opaque lens – spreads the light evenly; sold separately.
• 16 ft opaque lens – the same lens in one piece, for 16 ft runs; sold separately.
• Finishes – natural aluminum or black.

Accessories

• #44 end cap without hole, black – sold individually, for a clean finish on the black profile.
