The #510 LED aluminum profile is a recessed profile with a twist: its aluminum base fits into a flexible lens with ribbed sides that holds the whole assembly in the groove. With the flat lens it measures 21.8 mm wide by 11 mm high (0.860 × 0.430 in); with the round lens, 18.5 × 16.5 mm (0.730 × 0.650 in). Either way, 8.5 mm (0.330 in) sits in the groove. It turns a simple LED strip into an even line of light with no hot spots.

Its 6063-T5 aluminum base acts as a heat sink for long-lasting lighting. Installation is quick and effortless: insert the assembly into the recess and the ribbed lens sides hold it firmly in place. Tailored for North American cabinetry, closets and wall applications, it is also a cost-effective solution. 3-year warranty.

Lenses and Finish

Flat opal lens – the most discreet: 21.8 × 11 mm overall.
Round opal lens – domed: 18.5 × 16.5 mm overall.
Finish – natural aluminum.

Indoors or outdoors: the profile is aluminum, the strip is what makes the difference. For outdoor or damp locations, pick the waterproof version of your strip from our IP66 outdoor LED strips.
