The COB 11W/m LED strip (IP22) is a next-generation linear lighting solution delivering a perfectly continuous light with no visible hot spots or granulation effect. Thanks to COB (Chip On Board) technology, diodes are integrated directly onto the PCB in a dense, uniform light band — ideal for all high-end architectural applications. Compatible with 24V DC, it adapts to new installations and existing systems alike.

cULus certified, this strip meets electrical standards in effect in both Canada and the United States, with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. Its high-quality PCB ensures excellent heat dissipation for stable long-term performance.

Color Temperatures                         

This COB LED strip is available in five white color temperatures to suit any lighting need:

• 2700K (Warm White) – Creates a cozy and relaxing ambiance, ideal for living rooms and bedrooms.
• 3000K (Warm White) – Offers a slightly more neutral tone, perfect for living spaces.
• 4000K (Natural White) – Promotes a dynamic light, ideal for offices and commercial spaces.

Performance and Installation                         

COB technology completely eliminates the hot spot effect visible with traditional SMD strips. Power Supply Calculator                         

This LED strip consumes approximately 3.4 watts per foot. Simply multiply the total installed length by 3.4 to determine the required wattage.

Always add a 20% safety margin to ensure system stability and longevity.

• 1 reel (5 m / ~16 ft) = 55W → 60W power supply recommended
• 2 reels (~32 ft) = 110W → 115W or 150W power supply recommended
• 4 reels (~64 ft) = 220W → 240W power supply recommended

Use a 24V power supply matched to the total calculated wattage. For existing 12V systems, a 12V power supply of equivalent wattage can be used.

Dimming and Control                         

There are two ways to control the brightness of your LED strip. The first and simplest option is a 120V LED wall dimmer — it installs directly in place of your existing switch, between the 120V line and a dimmable power supply, and lets you adjust brightness from the wall with no additional equipment required.

The second option: a wireless controller system made up of a receiver paired with a remote or wireless wall controller. A zone is any section of lighting you want to control independently. For example, if you want a ceiling to turn on separately from a niche, or one section to have a different brightness than another, that represents two distinct zones.

If you want all lighting to always operate together (same brightness and simultaneous on/off), a single receiver is sufficient for the entire installation. However, if the total power of your project exceeds 225W on that zone, a 20A LED amplifier must be added to ensure stable, uniform, and lasting power delivery.

• 120V LED Wall Dimmer (150W) – Installs in place of your existing switch. Controls brightness from the wall, compatible with a dimmable power supply.
• W21 – Wireless wall controller (AAA batteries), range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• R21 – Radio-frequency remote, range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• Universal 4-Zone 12A Receiver – Installed between the power supply and the LED strip to receive the signal (1 per independent zone).
• 20A LED Amplifier (480W at 24V) – Recommended for installations exceeding 225W per zone.
• WiFi Controller – Full brightness control via Apple or Android mobile app.
