The #940 LED aluminum profile is a sturdy profile with twin mounting channels: on swivel arms, on a surface or suspended, it installs in many ways. With its 41.3 × 41.3 mm (1.630 × 1.630 in) square section, it turns a simple LED strip into uniform lighting without hot spots, with understated elegance.

Its ALCOA 6063-T5 aluminum alloy acts as a heat sink that extends the life of the strip. Built tough, the profile stands up to demanding use and extreme weather, and is suitable for outdoor installation. Three slot positions hold the strip insert to set the beam angle, and its 33 mm wide area accepts several strips side by side. Available in natural aluminum, black or white, it can also be painted. 3-year warranty.

Indoors or outdoors: the profile is aluminum, the strip is what makes the difference. For outdoor or damp locations, pick the waterproof version of your strip from our IP66 outdoor LED strips.
