The 24V 19.2W/m outdoor RGBW LED strip (IP66) is the most versatile color lighting solution for residential and commercial outdoor projects. Unlike a standard RGB strip, this strip integrates a dedicated fourth white channel — available in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K or 4000K depending on the model selected — allowing it to produce both vivid, saturated colors and high-quality functional white light, without compromising the purity of either output.

Running on constant-voltage 24V DC, this RGBW strip ensures stable power and uniform color output along its entire length. Its molded silicone protective sleeve provides an IP66 rating, offering resistance to powerful water jets from any direction — heavy rain, wash-down, condensation and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. cULus certified and compliant with electrical standards in Canada and the United States, with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

Available Color Temperatures                     

The white channel of this RGBW strip is fixed based on the model selected. Choose the white temperature that matches your desired outdoor ambiance:

• RGBW-2700K – Very warm white, intimate and inviting ambiance for decks and relaxation areas.
• RGBW-3000K – Warm white, natural balance between warmth and clarity, the most versatile choice for residential outdoor use.
• RGBW-3500K – Neutral-warm white, brighter output while retaining a pleasant tone.
• RGBW-4000K – Neutral white, crisp and precise light, recommended for commercial facades and event spaces.

Performance and Installation                     

With a 120° beam angle, this RGBW LED strip delivers uniform, shadow-free light. Its IP66 protection rating makes it suitable for environments exposed to direct rain, snow and water jets — decks, balconies, facades and exterior staircases. For maximum lifespan and a premium finish, installation inside an aluminum profile is strongly recommended. The profile mechanically protects the strip against impact, thermal expansion and ice buildup, improves heat dissipation and delivers a clean architectural look through its integrated diffuser.

Power Supply Calculator                     

This RGBW LED strip consumes approximately 6 watts per foot. Simply multiply the total installed length by 6 to determine the required wattage.

Always add a 20% safety margin to ensure system stability and longevity.

• 1 reel (5 m / ~16 ft) = 96W → 115W or 150W power supply recommended
• 2 reels (~32 ft) = 192W → 250W power supply recommended
• 3 reels (~49 ft) = 288W → 300W power supply recommended
• 4 reels (~64 ft) = 384W → 400W power supply recommended

Use a non-dimmable 24V power supply matched to the total calculated wattage. Color and brightness control is handled by the RGBW receiver, not the power supply.

Color Control                     

This outdoor RGBW LED strip requires a dedicated controller for color, brightness and effect management. A standard 120V wall dimmer is incompatible with this strip type — it cannot independently control the individual color channels.

A zone is any section of lighting you want to control independently. If you want all RGBW lighting to always operate together, a single receiver is sufficient. However, if the total power of your zone exceeds 225W, a 20A LED amplifier must be added — approximately 2.5 reels of this strip per zone.

• W24 – Wireless RGBW wall controller (AAA batteries), range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• R24 – RGBW radio-frequency remote, range up to 100 feet, up to 4 zones.
• Universal 4-Zone 12A Receiver – Installed between the power supply and the LED strip to receive the signal (1 per independent zone).
• 20A LED Amplifier (480W at 24V) – Recommended for installations exceeding 225W per zone.
• WiFi Controller – Full color and effect control via Apple or Android mobile app.
