The #145 LED aluminum profile is a large-format profile with a sliding lens: 23.5 mm wide by 26 mm high (0.925 × 1.024 in). Its support rail lets you surface mount or suspend it, indoors or outdoors, and it turns a simple LED strip into a clean, professional line of light.

Built for outdoor use, it also takes our waterproof IP66 strips. Extruded from ALCOA 6063-T5 aluminum, it acts as a heat sink: the strip runs cooler and lasts longer. With the opaque lens, the light is even, with no hot spots. Designed to North American woodworking standards, it can be painted to match your décor. 3-year warranty.

Which LED Strip Should You Choose?

A large-format profile, the #145 takes these 24V LED strips:

• 4.8 W/m LED strip
• 9.6 W/m LED strip
• 19.2 W/m LED strip
• 14.4 W/m RGB LED strip
• 19.2 W/m RGBW LED strip

Lenses and Finishes

• Opaque lens – slides into the profile and softens the light; also sold separately in 8 ft.
• Black lens – for an all-black profile; available on custom orders.
• Finishes – natural aluminum or black; the profile can also be painted.

Indoors or outdoors: the profile is aluminum, the strip is what makes the difference. For outdoor or damp locations, pick the waterproof version of your strip from our IP66 outdoor LED strips.
