The 1-zone infrared remote is an all-in-one control kit for single-color white LED strips at 12V or 24V. The IR receiver is built directly into the connector — it plugs inline between the power supply and the LED strip with no additional wiring required. The remote controls power on/off and brightness dimming from anywhere in the room, provided there is a clear line of sight to the receiver.
It is the simplest and most affordable way to add wireless dimming to an existing white LED strip installation. Unlike the 2.4 GHz RF system used by the R21 and R6 remotes, infrared technology requires a direct line of sight between the remote and the receiver — ideal for open spaces, glass cabinets, or applications where the receiver remains permanently visible.
