The Pixel RGBW 19W/m LED strip (IP22) is an individually addressable LED strip based on the UCS2904 integrated circuit, running on 24V DC. Unlike conventional RGBW strips where all diodes change color simultaneously, this pixel strip allows each diode — or group of diodes — to be controlled completely independently. Its integrated 3000K warm white channel allows dynamic color effects to be combined with functional warm white light, all on a single strip. The result: animated sequences, moving color gradients and effects impossible to achieve with a standard strip.
Â
cULus certified, this strip meets electrical standards in effect in both Canada and the United States, with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. Each RGBW SMD 5050 diode integrates a UCS2904 control circuit ensuring precise and stable digital communication along the entire length of the strip.
Â
The UCS2904 integrated circuit built into each pixel enables cascading digital communication over a single data signal. Each pixel receives, executes and retransmits the next instruction, eliminating complex wiring and allowing long installations from a single data injection point. This protocol is compatible with dedicated pixel controllers and smart home systems supporting the UCS/WS standard.
Â
This RGBW pixel strip is incompatible with standard controllers (W21, R21, W24, R24) and 120V wall dimmers. It exclusively requires a dedicated pixel controller.

This Pixel RGBW 19W/m LED strip is ideal for:
Â
Â
With a 120° beam angle, this pixel strip delivers uniform color with no visible dark spots. Its IP22 rating makes it perfectly suited for dry indoor environments. For maximum lifespan and a premium architectural finish, installation inside an aluminum profile is strongly recommended. The profile improves heat dissipation and delivers a clean light line through its integrated diffuser.
Â
This LED strip consumes approximately 5.8 watts per foot. Simply multiply the total installed length by 5.8 to determine the required wattage.
Â
Always add a 20% safety margin to ensure system stability and longevity.
Â
Â
Use a 24V power supply matched to the total calculated wattage.
Â
This RGBW pixel strip requires a dedicated pixel controller compatible with the UCS2904 protocol. Standard controllers (W21, R21, W24, R24) and 120V wall dimmers are incompatible with this strip — they cannot handle the pixel-by-pixel addressable digital signal.
Â
The pixel controller connects between the power supply and the LED strip, and allows effects, sequences and animations to be programmed via a dedicated mobile app or remote. For multi-reel installations, each additional reel must be connected in cascade from the output of the previous reel to maintain pixel signal continuity.
