General kitchen lighting is most often achieved with 4 or 6-inch LED recessed lights in 2700K to 4000K depending on the desired ambiance. Choose 2700K for a warm and welcoming kitchen, or 4000K for a brighter, crisper space suited to large open-concept kitchens. Connecting to a dimmable driver lets you adapt intensity to the moment — bright for cooking, dimmed for dining. Plan one recessed light per 1.5 to 2 square meters of ceiling for uniform coverage without shadows on work surfaces.

LED Strips Under Cabinets in Aluminum Profiles

Under-cabinet lighting is the most impactful LED upgrade in a kitchen — it eliminates shadows on the prep counter, highlights the backsplash and visibly elevates the quality of the kitchen. A 2700K or 3000K LED strip mounted in an aluminum profile delivers uniform light with no visible hotspots. The profile protects the strip, dissipates heat and provides a professional finish comparable to high-end kitchens.
